SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  All orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but usually that same day. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will ship the next business day.

You’ll be e-mailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking on the status of your shipment.

If you receive an item that’s damaged or received the wrong item, please contact CustomerService@Abaca.vip. To expedite the process, please include a photo of the damaged or wrong item in your e-mail.
